Step 1 ~ Submit a Custom Sign Request
Go to the Order a Sign page, and fill out the request form. If you are undecided about any aspects of your sign, just leave that part of the form blank. Be sure to include any questions you might have for me too!

Step 2 ~ I Reply With Price Quotes, Scheduling Info, and/or Questions
I will email you with a price quote. I will also include scheduling information regarding both sketching and painting of your sign design. I may also have some additional questions for you regarding what you want in the design of your sign.

Step 3 ~ You Approve the Price Quote and Place a Deposit
If the price quote you are given meets your approval, you email me and let me know. Then, this is the part I hate to have to do...but, I now request customers put down a deposit of $15.00 or 50% of the finished sign price quote prior to me doing any work on the sign. I have had a couple customers disappear after sketch approval . It keeps me from customers that are anxious to have a sign painted, and wastes materials and time. NOTE: If I am ever unable to come up with an approved sketched design, your deposit is 100% refundable.

Step 4 ~ Sketches and Decisions
Once, you approve the sign price and put down a deposit, I begin by sketching 2-4 designs for you to choose from. You will receive the sketches via email. If none of the sketches catch your eye, let me know. I am always willing to sketch more designs! Find a sketch you like and let me know...then comes the fun part....

Step 5 ~ Painting
I will begin painting your sign. Once it is finished I will email you a photo. You can let me know if you would like anything changed or adjusted. Once you give it final approval, I seal it and assemble it and get it ready to ship.

Step 6 ~ Payment and Shipment
You pay through my secure web page or send payment in the mail. I will ship your sign within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Step 7 ~ A Happy Customer Receives A Sign!
It is my hope that when your sign arrives in the mail, you will be pleased! It will hopefully look even better in person than in the photos!
